Beyond Careers vis-a-vis other career guidance platforms

• Our psychometric assessment deep-dives into the test taker’s mind to analyse their interests, personality and abilities. The AI Engine then creates a list of the top 10 careers the test taker is best suited for, based on their responses.

• The assessment has been specifically designed for Indian millennials, and guides them towards 21st-century careers.

• The assessment offers a reliability of 85%, which is higher than any career assessment currently available in India.

• The assessment is easy to understand for both children and adults.

• The guidance doesn’t just end at assessment and counselling - users get detailed information about their chosen careers on the Knowledge Gateway and continuous query resolution until they get into their chosen careers.

The assessment can be taken online. Once it has been completed, you can book an online career counselling session. Assessment reports are shared during the counselling session, where the counsellor will take you through the report contents, validate its outcome and guide you towards the top three careers you’re best suited for. This session will go on for 90-120 minutes. Parents are invited to join the last 15-20 minutes of the session, during which a summary of the discussion and outcome will be shared with them.

​The counsellor will discuss each of these in detail with you during your career counselling session, and enable you to arrive at a Plan A, B and C for your future path. We will also enable you to map your academic journey by determining which stream and subjects you can take up after Class 10, which course you can enroll for after Class 12 and which career it will eventually lead you to!
